Classes and Workshops
Starting each January, the Guild offers a set of 6 beginners classes. The classes introduce participants to wheel and hand building techniques, glaze application and electric firing processes. They are taught by Guild members and include clay, glazes and firing.
Each year the Guild seeks to host a 3-day workshop presented by a visiting potter/clay artist. Over the years, We have had a number of renown instructors including Tam Irving, Wayne Ngan, Walter Dexter, Sally Michener, Bob Kingsmill, Gillian McMillan, Keith & Celia Rice-Jones, Susie Berstein, Vincent Massey, Richard Tanaka and Linda Doherty share their skills and ideas with us.
